MommyTwo2: I have been married to my amazing husband for 19 years. I am also mom to my 14 yr old son and 13 yr old daughter. This blog is my journey from a high level of fitness through spinal back surgery and working to become fit again, doing the things I love! There was so little info out there when I tried to learn about Minimally invasive Anterior 360 Spinal Fusion. I hope this blog helps others and answers questions those might have that have to walk the same spinal fusion walk I have had to.
